Brandon found the door off the filter section of the unit on the roof, and the drain was plugged up. He put the door back on the unit securely and cleared the drain, stopping water from raining down in the lobby.

A commercial customer in the 77550 area of Houston reported that suite 160 was not cooling.
Adrian and Gamaliel found a unit off on the high limit with a bad fan motor and high head pressure, plus a large unlabeled unit short cycling due to a bad condenser fan motor and bad run caps on the other fan motor. They cleaned the outdoor coils on units 150 and 250, changed the condenser fan motor in the large unit, recovered the refrigerant, replaced both filter dryers, and recharged with new R-410A refrigerant. They also found electrical wiring rubbing against the compressor case and electrical box, so they zip tied and taped it to prevent rubout. To help cool 160, they added Honeywell T10 Pro thermostats with remote sensors to the back unit of 150 and the front office unit of 170.
The team monitored the system and found no further operational problems at that time, and the added thermostats and sensors were working well to help with 160.
